I wonder what her hair colour was like? I cannot imagine her to have dark hair. Her entire description conjures up, in my mind, a young woman with light brown to blonde hair...but of course, I could be wrong! Were blondes (also?) preferred by men in JA's time? Quite a heavy generalisation, I know, but I am curious ;)
