Very well. I undertake the commission.   Written by Stephanie (3/19/2011 7:42 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Well, thats how it looked from Emma's point of view, penned by Tarn
Are you new?

This little turn to the Box Hill conversation is not one I had considered before.

I can not think that Jane Fairfax, who puts up with an aging grandmother and a irritating aunt (not to mention Mrs. Elton's officiousness, the Campbells' charity, and the knowledge of her likely future) with such grace (at least no one in Highbury has any tempers or sins to accuse her of) will be as much a tyrant as you seem to think, but recasting Frank Churchill's flirting with Emma as reassurance to Jane Fairfax (that does not take) is fascinating. I will be musing on this for some time. Thank you!
