I have intended to post about the cheeses mentioned in Emma but time has got away from me - if you love a blue cheese you really must try to find Stilton. It is pretty expensive here (to me anyway - about $7/pound) so I just buy a small piece every once in a while - usually only during an Emma group read. :-) I will have to try Wiltshire next. But I do love Stilton cheese!!!!!
