I checked my old edition of Emma and found the various versions in the chapters mentioned by you.

In fact it was easy to find them as they were in italics.
But in my edition (1898) Mrs Elton never gets it correct.

cara sposa ch 42
cara sposa ch 35
cara sposo ch 32

I don't know if she uses it in any other chapter because the search brings up only these three.
