I completely agree that Jane & Frank seem like a mis-match. I can see why he's attracted to her -- elegant, accomplished, beautiful. But I still can't see what she sees in him.

Jane generally seems to be a good judge of character. This does not change when she becomes less reserved at the end. And Frank is shown in Hartfield to have questionable character.

I'm sure Jane can improve him with some well-timed advice. But I can't help thinking at the end of the novel "Poor Miss Fairfax"!
