They mean Emma and Mr K living iwth Mr Woodhouse instead of living in his house at Donwell....It wasn't unknown for younger couples ot move in with the in laws but given that Mr K had his own estate and house, and htat Mr W is such a fusspot, it is soemthign that might be a problem.
