sorry Barbara. I dindt mean to sound rude. I just dont see that Emma changes all that radically in her social views, becuase Mr K's views are not really all that different to hers in essence. but yes I think that she DID become a bit more KINDLY towards those a bit below her in the ranks and a bit more willing to show attentions to them, but I dont see that seh would either never invite Harriet and RM to Hartfield OR start socialising iwth htem on a regular basis and with the other "half gentlemen" like the Coxes. But she'd have them all to dinner occasionally....
