What I meant was that Emma is no different to most people of her class. as I've siad several times in this discussion there was no need for her to "learn" her class attitudes from one person.. such as "did Mrs Weston teach it ot her" or "Mr Woodhouse didn't teach it to her".
It was part of English life. Most people, unless they were politically radical, had much teh same attitudes. Im getting really rather tired of this discussion where I seem to say the same things and nobody agrees, so that's fine. Evidently noone agrees with me and Im not making my point.
