The dislike is from all of the fine letters instead of the visit on the marriage of his father. It seems that a visit would be required from the son as a way of honoring the new wife and an omission of this visit is taken as the son being displeased with the marriage.

And Mr Knightly was also jealous of the matchmaking of the Weston's for Emma and Frank.
