actually fits in very well with the book :)

I like the picture of;

Some other names first/last;

Emma means - complete/whole in its English origins, and 'universal' in its continental origins.

Hmmm. I'm wondering how to fit Emma's character to it.
Maybe the first sentence of the novel gives an idea of 'completeness' in herself?

Oddly Harriet's name has a surprising meaning - power at home/home ruler.
That's a difficult one to explain. :-/

Martins have a very suitable name to - ver honourable one, as Roman god of Mars/war.
