Jane Only Owes a Civil Answer   Written by Jane Marie (2/22/2011 6:20 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, I Beg to Disagree about Emma's Questions, penned by Jane Marie
Are you new?

Of course, Emma may ask, but Jane only owes Emma a civil answer. In fact, if Jane did not like Mr. Frank Churchill, a civil answer would be better than a just opinion.

When asked about Mrs. E., Emma always gave a civil answer without expressing her dislike.

Even though I did not feel Emma impertinent about asking her questions, I felt Jane was right in giving civil but vague answers if she wished.
