Jane Fairfax is a dull, boring...   Written by Reeba (2/11/2011 5:58 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, The reserved Jane Fairfax (Chapter 20) -- long, penned by Anne-Marie
Are you new?

'gothic type' perfect but insipid heroine. Like them she's;

-beautiful
-is an orphan, and poor, though Jane Fairfax does have future prospects as a governess, so she's luckier.
-plays and sings very well.

I'm waiting for 'one lucky overturn of her carriage' to introduce her to her hero who will save her from this life of drudgery where she'll have to 'work' unlike Emma's idle life ...in true gothic style.;)

But she doesn't have a carriage.... so he would just have to jump into her path and save her. We'll see. I can't wait. :)
