I'm not for one moment saying that Emma is not responsible for the larger share of the blame.

But I'm also not condoning stupidity, insensitivity, disloyalty (which did get overshadowed by influence and power), and a definite willingness in wanting to be led in to areas she herself would also very much like to go into.
