Dear Miss Eyre,
Sometimes the face one shows to the world is not necessarily the person that is underneath. There may be certain advantages that a courtship with a particular woman might provide. But his heart may desire another.
Sometimes it is hard to know what a woman thinks. Men are often in torment about the women they love. I believe we love as long and as deeply and think about you just as much as you think about us. If you trust him, have patience.
