 I agree that Isabella and Emma would inherit 30,000 each, and that the small estate of Hartfield would probably go to Isabella as the elder -- there is a hint of this at end of chap 53 -- "leaving Hartfield for the John Knightleys". In fact, Emma marrying Mr K with Donwell estate makes it even more likely for Hartfield to go to Isabella alone instead of being shared between the two sisters. Neither Mr K nor Emma are likely to be greedy and want to increase the large Donwell estate at the expense of her sister and his brother. Before her marraige, Emma had hoped that her nephew, Isabella's eldest son would inherit Donwell, he would probably be deprived of that now that his uncle is marrying and could have a son, surely Emma would not want to deprive him of Hartfield as well
